Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP (reply HELP for help), unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or ask to be removed from our call list by letting us know. 5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide real estate services — for example, with transaction cooperators (co-op agents, title companies, escrow, lenders) when you enter a transaction, or with service providers who host our website or deliver our email. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

11. SMS / Text Messaging Program (Terms & Conditions)

These terms apply to the text messages (SMS) you agree to receive from StoneBridge Realty when you submit a form on our website. By checking the consent box and submitting a form, you agree to be contacted by call, email, and text about your inquiry and related real estate services.

1. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at miguel@stonebrgrealty.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
